Previous to writing about health, Ingrid put her BA in journalism from Concordia University to work as a technology reporter and columnist. She appeared as a panelist on CBC radio and wrote weekly columns for Toronto and Montreal newspapers. Ingrid lives just outside the Montreal area, in Canada. She keeps chickens, makes pottery, and enjoys staying healthy doing sports that can be done in the woods or without wearing shoes.
